During HYROX training at KINEO, you will be guided step by step through each session. Everyone trains together following the same structure. Weight, pace, and intensity are adjusted individually—actively controlled by our coaches. You don't have to fit in or prove yourself.

We decide together what your training will look like today: challenging, but controlled. This makes HYROX at KINEO accessible to people with different starting points – while remaining challenging for those who train regularly or want to develop their performance in a targeted manner.

Arrival & Warm-up

Start together with mobilization and activation of the entire body. The coach guides you through the warm-up and adapts exercises individually so that you can start your training safely and prepared.

Explanation & Scaling

The sequence of the unit is explained, including alternatives and adjustments. Questions about technique or execution are clarified directly so that everyone can train safely.

main part

Depending on the course, the focus is on strength training, HYROX-inspired intervals, or a combination of both. Intensity and exertion are individually controlled and actively monitored.

Cool-down & conclusion

End the session together with a cool-down or gentle finisher. The training is deliberately ended so that you feel well rested and stable.

FAQs

What happens during the first training session?

On your first visit, you will be welcomed by the coach and given a brief introduction to the training program. You will then train directly with the group—adapted to your current fitness level. You will be instructed, corrected, and guided through the session.

Do I have to be familiar with HYROX or participate in competitions?

No. The training is structured to resemble competition, but the focus is on your personal development. You can also use HYROX training at KINEO as structured strength and endurance training without any competition goals.

Am I fit enough for HYROX training?

You should have a basic level of fitness. Intensity, scope, and exertion are scaled individually so that you are challenged without being overwhelmed.

Is the training also challenging for advanced learners?

Yes. The scaling works in both directions. Weights, pace, and training volume can be adjusted so that even experienced athletes are challenged in a targeted manner.

How is scaling done in the course?

With weight, pace, repetitions, and breaks. Our coaches actively control adjustments during training and pay particular attention to proper execution.

What should I bring to the training session?

Sportswear, clean training shoes, and water. If possible, come already changed. Alternatively, our changing rooms on the first floor are available for your use.

Are there showers and changing rooms?

Yes. Changing rooms with lockers and showers are available in the studio.

Can I book sports physiotherapy only?

Yes. Sports physiotherapy is a separate service and can be booked independently of HYROX training. Learn more here.
