Group Training at KINEO follows a shared structure, but never a one-size-fits-all approach. You train alongside others while working at your own intensity and capacity. Our coaches actively guide the session, adjust the workload and keep movement quality high — so the group motivates you without overwhelming you.

HYROX
training

HYROX training combines functional strength exercises with structured endurance intervals. You improve strength and stress tolerance. Ideal for targeted competition preparation or as a challenging full-body workout. Scalable for every performance level, so everyone can find their personal challenge.

Upper Body Strength

The Upper Body Strength course focuses on targeted strength building for the upper body, core, and shoulder stability. With progressive training, you increase maximum strength, muscle control, and stability. The foundation for performance, prevention, and a strong, resilient upper body.

Booty L.B. Strength

Booty & Lower Body Strength focuses on building strength in the glutes, leg muscles, and hip stability. Structured training improves strength, explosiveness, and movement quality. Crucial for running performance, jumping power, injury prevention, and a stable body foundation.

Full Body Strength

Full Body Strength is a holistic strength training program for the entire body. Multi-joint exercises, clear progression, and functional training increase strength, stability, and performance. Ideal as a basis for sports, everyday life, or as a supplement to endurance training.
